Ian Bateson’s group show with John Sharp in Lancaster UK, 2017.

In anticipation of my group exhibition with John Sharp in England, June 2017, thought I’d add another movie which I can share when people visit the Storey/Gallery in Lancaster, Lancashire.

The video was produced using a very smart app called Quik which is only available for use on iPhones and iPads. Wish they would make it available for laptops, very clever and useful for artists to show their work.

Unlike the first video, only 2 or 3 of the pieces featured here will be in the show.

John Sharp is busy, physically and personally framing his wonderful work whereas I’m getting hi resolution files ready for White Wall in Berlin to apply my digital art to aluminium dibond. There will be some representation of my concrete poetry from 2011 to 2017 and this will hopefully add to what both John and I (alumni of what was the Lancaster School of Art in the ’70s) see as a interesting and engaging show. Hope you or friends who happen to be close to Lancaster this coming June will find the time to attend.
